Upon inspection found vehicle RPMS rev too high at first start up. Smoke tested vehicle and found supercharger symposer cracked and supercharger snout has excessive play. Misfire possible to major air leak causing lean condition. No dead misfire presetn. Removed and installed new supercharger snout, supercharger symposer, valve cover assemblies, spark plugs, VVT seals, front outlet flange, rear outlet flange, breather tubes, water pump, thermostat, serpentine belts, upper and lower radiator hose. Found brake vacuum pump leaking motor oil. Installed new brake vacuum pump. Resealed upper timing cover assemblies. Upon inspection found fault codes: P0300-00 RANDOM MISFIRE DETECTED. P0301-00 CYLINDER 1 MISFIRE DETECTED. P0302-00 CYLINDER 2 MISFIRE DETECTED. P0305-00 CYLINDER 5 MISFIRE DETECTED. P0303-00 CYLINDER 3 MISFIRE DETECTED. P0306-00 CYLINDER 6 MISFIRE DETECTED. P2189-00 SYSTEM TOO LEAN AT IDLE – BANK 2 P2187-00 SYSTEM TOO LEAN AT IDLE – BANK 1
Upon inspection found tire has been plugged and plug is leaking.
Removed and installed new transmission pan/filter assembly and refilled transmission to spec.
Performed.
Installed new front crankshaft seal.
Removed and installed new front lower rearward control arm assemblies.

Upon inspection found P0299 turbocharger under boost p049b egr b flow insufficient, p0069 manifold absolute pressure fault. Upon inspection found Manifold pressure sensor full of carbon. Found EGR tube outlet completely plugged with carbon Upon inspection found throttle plate stuck in the closed position. Removed throttle body assembly and cleaned excess carbon deposits. Cleaned EGR outlet and MAP sensor port. Found throttle body plate sticking even after being cleaned. Filed throttle butterfly valve edges and cleaned mating surface. Throttle body no logger sticks. Smoke tested engine and found no leaks present. Cleared fault codes and test drove vehicle. No faults returned.
Performed oil and filter service. Topped off all fluids and adjusted tire pressures to spec.
Upon inspection found front forward lower control arm bushings tearing. Quote: $1392.49
